What are luxury press-on TIPS?
Crafted with professional, salon-grade materials our luxury press-on tips feature a pre-shaped, pre-etched, soft gel full-cover tip.
The unique point of difference is that each tip is painted and designed by me using multiple layers of gel polish and various nail art materials. These are the same high-quality products utilized by salon nail technicians, including myself for soft gel extensions.
How do I order my TIPS?

What's included with my TIPS?
Every order of TIPS comes with a complete preparation pack, glue tabs for temporary application, nail file, buffer, wood stick, alcohol pad and adhesive glue for longer wear. Application & removal instructions are included and additional accessories are available for purchase see TIPS Accessories.

What are your processing times?
Please allow between 2-3 weeks for processing of custom tips. Each set of our press-on nails is meticulously handcrafted to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. From selecting premium materials to customizing the design according to your preferences, our technicians dedicate time and care to create a product that meets our standards of excellence. The 2-3 week processing time allows us to manage our workload effectively while maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional press-on nails.
When will my order Ship?
Once your press-on nails have been created and are ready to be shipped, you will receive a notification via email or the contact information provided at the time of purchase. This notification will include tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
How long does shipping take?

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We understand that preferences may change, but unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations due to the personalized nature of our press-on nails. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your specifications.
What if I need my press-on nails by a specific date or event?
If you have a special event or occasion for which you need your press-on nails, we recommend placing your order well in advance to allow for the processing and creation time, as well as shipping time. While we strive to complete orders within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays.
Can I track the progress of my press-on nails during the creation process?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide real-time updates on the progress of individual orders during the creation process. However, if you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to email us at hello@TIPspressons.co.nz, and we will be happy to assist you.
How long will my Tips last?
The durability of your Tips depends on various factors, including the preparation of your natural nails before application and the level of activity you engage in with your hands. Typically, when using nail glue, your press-ons can last anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. Alternatively, nail tabs offer a shorter-term solution, lasting approximately 1 to 3 days.
Are my Tips re-usable?
Utilizing nail tabs guarantees the reusability of your nails. Similarly, with nail glue, proper removal techniques allow for tip reuse. To maintain the integrity of your nails, soak them in warm water with dishwashing liquid after wearing them for a minimum of 5 days.
Do Tips damage my natural nails?
Press-on nails do not cause damage to your natural nails, provided you adhere to the correct application and removal procedures.
Do you offer Custom Tips?
Absolutely! We welcome your ideas and inspirations. If you have a concept in mind or have come across images that sparked your creativity, feel free to reach out to us via email hello@tipspressons.co.nz or via our Request Custom Tips page. We're more than happy to collaborate and brainstorm together. It's important to note, however, that we do not replicate other artists' press-on nail sets out of respect for their original work. If you admire their creations, we encourage you to support them by purchasing from them directly. Nonetheless, we're open to drawing inspiration from various sources to create unique designs for you.
RETURNS
What is your Exchange or Return Policy?
At TIPS, we take pride in handcrafting each and every one of our products with love and dedication. However, due to the unique nature of our handmade items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, except in the unfortunate event of receiving a defective or damaged product. If you find yourself in this situation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@tipspessons.co.nz, and be sure to include an image of the affected product(s). Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Please keep in mind that colours may appear differently depending on your monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent our products, but slight variations may occur.
